Adam Rosmarin
Adam Rosmarin is a managing director in the financial services group at Piper Sandler.
Rosmarin works with senior management of financial institutions to develop detailed balance sheet programs and tactics, including balance sheet restructuring, capital raising and mergers and acquisitions, tailored to institutions’ corporate planning and strategic goals.
Previously, he was a principal of Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P. He joined the firm in 1991, was appointed associate director in 1993, managing director in 1996 and principal in 1997. Rosmarin is a current director at Austria’s fourth largest banking institution, BAWAG Group (Financial Times voted it Best Bank in Austria) where he chairs the Audit Committee. Prior to BAWAG, he was a member of the Board of Directors of Chrysler Financial, chairing the board’s audit committee from August 2007 until the company’s sale in April 2011. Before joining Sandler O’Neill, Rosmarin worked in real estate development.
Rosmarin holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Boston University.
