Andrew Fair is a director in the Piper Sandler private capital advisory group, Aviditi Advisors.
Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Fair served as a director at Connaught where he covered limited partners throughout North America and was responsible for sourcing and advising buyout, growth and venture general partners on their capital formation strategy. Previously, he held similar roles at One Equity Partners and Mercury Capital Advisors. Fair started his career with Phoenix Investment Adviser.
Fair received a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Loyola University Maryland.
