Andrew J. Wislow

Andrew J. Wislow is a managing director in the financial services group at Piper Sandler. In this role, he advises the boards and senior management teams of financial institutions on strategic matters, including capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, balance sheet restructurings and optimizations, and asset/liability management. He also works with institutional clients, including private equity firms, hedge funds and money managers to both evaluate and execute equity and debt investments in financial institutions. Wislow has worked on multiple capital raises and M&A transactions, and he represents clients of all sizes in the financial services space.

Wislow began his career in the balance sheet strategy and analysis department at Sandler O’Neill & Partners in 2013. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
