Andrew Kinell

Andrew Kinell is a director in the financial services group at Piper Sandler located in the firm’s San Francisco office.

Previously, he was a director in the investment banking group of Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P. where he was dedicated exclusively to real estate. His transaction experience focused on raising capital and providing advisory / M&A services for both public REITs and private operators and developers.

Prior to joining Sandler O’Neill, he was a district manager at ABM Industries, a publicly-traded facilities management provider.

Kinell received a bachelor’s degree in history and art & art history from Bucknell University and a graduate certificate in real estate development from the University of Michigan.
