Brad Langner
Brad Langner joined Piper Sandler in 2011, and is a managing director in the hospitality finance investment banking group.
Langner has more than 23 years of investment banking experience specializing in analyzing and structuring sophisticated debt portfolios and cash-flow modeling to finance complex real estate projects and raising various forms of capital for hospitality clients including non-recourse construction loans, CPACE loans, senior debt, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, limited partner equity and general partner equity, as well as underwriting taxable/tax-exempt debt secured by various tax streams. Over his career, he has served as senior manager/placement agent on more than $20 billion of long term taxable and tax-exempt debt ranging from “AAA” to “B-” credits.
Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Langner spent ten years at JPMorgan. Langner graduated with honors with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Kansas and also received a master’s degree from the University of Kansas. He holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
