Bradley Wirt joined Piper Sandler in 1998. As a part of the senior living group at Piper Sandler, Wirt’s focus is in the area of senior living finance including, independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities for nonprofit and for-profit clients. He has expertise in affordable multifamily housing projects financed with private activity bonds and low income housing tax credits. Wirt’s resume includes financing of various projects using taxable and tax-exempt loan placements, long-term non-rated bonds, and a variety of credit enhancement sources such as FNMA, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD and bank letters of credit. He has 25 years of experience in senior living, housing and real estate finance.
A graduate of St. Cloud State University, Wirt holds a bachelor’s degree from the School of Public Affairs, formerly Local and Urban Affairs, with an emphasis in planning and community development.
