Brian Frank
Brian Frank is a managing director in the fixed income group at Piper Sandler.
Previously, he was a managing director at Sandler O'Neill + Partners, L.P., where he worked with senior management teams of U.S. financial institutions to develop detailed balance sheet programs and tactics, including balance sheet restructuring, capital raising and mergers & acquisitions, tailored to overall corporate planning and strategic goals.
Prior to joining Sandler O'Neill, Frank was an associate in the investment banking group at C.E. Unterberg, Towbin, where he specialized in mergers & acquisitions and equity/debt financings. Frank began his career in the analyst program at BancBoston Robertson Stephens, where he worked in the leveraged finance group.
Frank holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Colby College.
