Chad Burton

Chad Burton is a managing director at Piper Sandler, serving as the chief operating officer for investment banking. Prior to joining Piper Sandler in 2004, he held previous roles at RBC Capital Markets and Larson Allen Weishair, LLP. Chad works closely with the global co-heads of investment banking and capital markets managing the day-to-day operations as well as partnering on the strategic initiatives of the firm. 

Chad earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. John’s University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
