Chad Huber

Chad Huber is global co-head of equity capital markets at Piper Sandler, where he focuses on originating and executing equity transactions across the firm’s focus sectors. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Huber was head of healthcare capital markets. Huber joined Piper Sandler in 2005 as a founding member of the firm’s alternative capital practice. In that role, Huber led the execution of confidentially marketed follow-ons (CMFOs), registered directs (RDs) and private investment in public equity transactions (PIPEs). He has book run more than 300 deals since joining the firm in 2005.

Huber joined Piper Sandler from OrbiMed Advisors, where he was a member of the private equity group. He also has previous experience in private client services at Smith Barney and M&A experience at The Arbitrage Fund.

Huber earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and psychology with a concentration in organizational studies from Denison University.
