Chris Maser

Chris Maser is a director in the financial services group at Piper Sandler.
   
Maser provides investment banking advisory service to community banks, thrifts, specialty finance and financial technology companies in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising, capital management and funding strategies, defense and corporate strategies.
   
Previously, he was a vice president in the investment banking group at Sandler O'Neill + Partners, L.P., where he began in 2015. During his investment banking career, Maser has been involved in M&A and capital raising transactions representing more than $10 billion in aggregate transaction value. Prior to joining Sandler O’Neill, Maser was an associate at Houlihan Lokey in the financial advisory services group.
   
Maser holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University, a master’s degree in accounting from the Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary, and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
