Christen Gair

Christen Gair is a managing director in the California public finance education group. Gair brings nearly 15 years of experience in public finance, and she has spent the past nine years exclusively serving California school districts and community colleges. She has served as underwriter to education and municipal issuers throughout California and the U.S. West on debt issuances totaling $15 billion.

Before joining the firm, Gair served as a senior banker for RBC Capital Markets in their California education practice. Prior to her career in public finance, Gair worked in international development in Washington D.C. and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer with a focus on small business development in Guatemala.

Gair received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado and her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Denver.
