Clayton Kelley

Clayton Kelley joined Piper Sandler in 2014 and is a senior vice president in the public finance group. He brings 10 years of experience providing financial advisory and investment banking services to governmental entities and developers.

Kelley primarily serves cities, counties, school districts and hospitals in planning and implementing their financial objectives. He has expertise in providing financial advisory and investment banking services, along with cash flow modeling, bond issue structuring, debt capacity and derivative analysis. Kelley is involved in the Kansas Association of School Boards, Kansas/Missouri Superintendents Forum, Kansas Government Finance Officers Association and League of Kansas Municipalities.

Kelley graduated magna cum laude from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
