Corey Kosak is a director in the Piper Sandler equity private placement group, where he has raised more than $1.8 billion in private capital for the firm’s corporate clients.
Kosak joined Piper Sandler in 2016, and is based in the firm's Minneapolis office. He is responsible for advising companies on private equity and structured capital financing transactions, collaborating with all of the firm's industry-focused partners, including chemicals, consumer, energy, power & infrastructure, financial services, healthcare, business services & industrials and technology investment banking. Previously, he served as a research analyst at a multi-family office where he led investment research and trading efforts, and as a financial analyst at TCF Financial Corp. (now known as Huntington Bank).
Kosak graduated from Saint John’s University with degrees in accounting & finance and business management and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
