Craig Walker is a managing director in the Piper Sandler healthcare investment banking group. He is involved in a full range of investment banking activities, with a primary focus on M&A advisory and private equity-backed transactions.
Walker joined Piper Sandler through the acquisition of Edgeview Partners, where he advised middle-market companies on buy- and sell-side M&A deals across a range of sectors. Prior to Edgeview, Walker practiced law in the global capital markets and mergers & acquisitions group at the law firm of Hunton & Williams LLP, where he represented issuers, underwriters, and other parties on a variety of public and private securitization transactions.
Walker earned a bachelor’s degree in political science with honors from Duke University and a Juris doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law.
