Crockett Harper

Crockett Harper is a director in the financial services group at Piper Sandler, based in the firm’s San Francisco office. His responsibilities include transaction execution and a broad range of strategic advisory matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for U.S. depository institutions and financial technology companies.

Harper has assisted clients on over 40 completed transactions for an aggregate transaction value over $6 billion. Prior to the merger of Piper Jaffray and Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P., he was an associate in the investment banking group at Sandler O’Neill.

Harper holds a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in accounting and a bachelor’s degree in finance. He graduated with distinction from the University of Colorado.
