Dan Oxenham is a managing director at Piper Sandler, focused on providing investment banking and M&A advisory services to consumer companies, with a focus on food and beverage.
Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Oxenham served as a vice president at Edgeview Partners, where he completed numerous mergers and acquisitions, advising corporate clients and private equity groups across diverse industry sectors, including consumer, diversified industrials, and healthcare. Previously, Oxenham served as a manager in the transaction services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. In that role, he was responsible for performing buy-side due diligence in both domestic and cross-border transactions.
Oxenham earned a master’s degree in accountancy from North Carolina State University and is a certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of North Carolina. He earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he majored in political science.
