Daniel Schkrohowsky
Daniel Schkrohowsky is a director in the Piper Sandler healthcare investment banking group with significant experience advising medical technology companies on M&A and equity transactions. Schkrohowsky works with clients across a full range of investment banking services, including sell-side and buy-side M&A for private and public companies, corporate divestitures, IPOs, follow-ons, strategic advisory, private debt & equity placement and convertible debt financing.
Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Schkrohowsky worked at Houlihan Lokey and at Deloitte as a Certified Public Accountant.
Schkrohowsky received a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University–Idaho and a master’s degree in professional accounting from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
