David Olitsky

David S. Olitsky is a managing director in the Piper Sandler fixed income group, based in Denver, Colorado. Olitsky is a sales professional, whose primary responsibilities include working with the firm’s bank and thrift clients to develop and implement strategic options, focusing on capital management, balance sheet management and liquidity investment.

Olitsky previously worked as a managing director at Keefe, Bruyette and Woods (KBW), where he was responsible for fixed income sales from 1997 to 2012. Prior to working at KBW, he was employed with Mutual of America Life Insurance, where he served as a supervisor of their mutual fund/portfolio accounting group from 1993 to 1997.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business from State University of New York College at the Oswego School of Business.
