Doug Reynolds
Doug Reynolds joined the energy and power investment banking group at Piper Sandler as a managing director in 2020.
Previously, Reynolds was head of U.S. energy corporate and investment banking at Scotiabank for a decade, based in Houston. Prior to that, he was the head of U.S. upstream investment banking at a leading global investment bank. He has led over $100 billion merger, acquisition, divestiture and capital market assignments in the energy industry across six continents and more than 30 countries. Reynolds began his career with Salomon Brothers in New York, and has worked professionally in New York, Hong Kong, London and Houston over his career.
Reynolds earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Colgate University.
