Eddie Leigh joined the energy & power team at Piper Sandler in 1999 as a director of the team that founded the Aberdeen headquartered Eastern hemisphere business. After 13 years as a managing director within corporate finance, Leigh joined the private equity group in October 2016.
From 1992 to 1999, Leigh worked with RMD, a Scottish-headquartered and independent accounting and corporate finance practice, latterly as a partner specialising in transactions in the oil & gas sector.
Leigh graduated from Robert Gordon's Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree in business studies in 1987, and in 1990 qualified as a Chartered Accountant while working at Coopers & Lybrand.
