Greg Schorr
Greg Schorr is a director in the technology investment banking group at Piper Sandler, focusing on financial sponsors M&A. Schorr joined the firm in 2022 through its acquisition of DBO Partners (DBO), where he was a vice president.
Schorr is primarily focused on advising alternative asset managers on strategic matters, including mergers, acquisitions, minority stake sales and restructuring. Prior to joining DBO in 2020, he was an associate in the direct private equity & mezzanine group at Portfolio Advisors. Schorr began his career as an analyst in the leveraged finance group at J.P. Morgan, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, high yield and leveraged loan financing, and credit structuring.
Schorr holds a bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College and a master’s degree in business administration from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
