Haley Rubin

Haley Rubin is a managing director in the financial services group at Piper Sandler with nearly two decades of experience. In this role, she focuses on serving clients within the firm’s non-agency credit business.

Prior to joining the firm, Rubin was a managing director in institutional sales at Mesirow Financial, where she worked for 12 years. Prior to that, she served as a vice president at Cohen and Company and J.P. Morgan Chase, as well as an analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co.

Rubin holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in business from Pennsylvania State University.
