Jarrad Evans
Jarrad Evans is a managing director in the hospitality finance group within the public finance group at Piper Sandler.
Evans has more than 20 years of investment, development and management experience in the hospitality and leisure industries, including branded and independent hotels, resorts, condo hotels, convention and conference centers, as well as golf, business and social clubs. He specializes in raising debt and equity for new build hotels and resorts, as well as raising capital for single asset and portfolio acquisitions, refinancings and recapitalizations. Evans has successfully completed over $26 million in acquisition and development financing. He has led and participated in several hospitality company M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Piper Sandler in 2023, Evans most recently served as chief investment officer for Remington Hotels. Before that, he served as senior vice president in business development & strategy for Benchmark, a global hospitality company, vice president in acquisitions for ClubCorp and vice president in business development for Troon. Evans earned his Master of Business Administration degree at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and his bachelor's degree in journalism at the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University.
