Jason Hach
Jason Hach is a managing director in the financial services group at Piper Sandler.
Previously, he was a managing director in the investment banking group of Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P. His responsibilities included providing strategic and financial advice to depository institutions, advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, and other balance sheet initiatives.
Hach has over 20 years of experience in financial services, including public accounting, asset management, commercial banking and investment banking. Prior to joining Sandler O’Neill in 2014, Hach covered depository institutions in the Midwest for Keefe, Bruyette and Woods and Janney Montgomery Scott. Before his investment banking career, he held various roles in corporate planning for National City Corporation, which was acquired by PNC Financial Services Corp and Federated Investors. He began his career in 1995 with Price WaterhouseCoopers, auditing clients in a variety of industries.
Hach holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University. He earned a Certified Public Accountant designation and currently holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
