Jeff Corray

Jeff Corray serves as head of energy private equity at Piper Sandler. Corray joined the firm in 2013 and brings more than 25 years of international oil and gas industry experience, across advisory, private equity and industry. Corray joined KPMG in 1987 and went on to become a partner, running their oil services M&A business until 2007. Following that, he was appointed as chief executive officer of ITS Energy Services, an international provider of drilling equipment and services, a post he held until June 2012. Additional to his role with Piper Sandler, Corray has recently joined D2Zero as chief financial officer, adding to his experience in industry, the broader energy industry and in particular, energy transition.

Corray graduated with a degree in economics from the National University of Malaysia and is a qualified chartered accountant. He is also a board member and the senior independent director of The Net Zero Technology Centre, a government sponsored technology accelerator fund. Corray also serves as chairman of Three60 Energy Services, a portfolio company of the Piper Sandler private equity funds.
