Jeremy Gerber
Jeremy Gerber joined Piper Sandler in 2011 and is a managing director and co-head of public finance. As a member of the senior living group, Gerber has focused exclusively on providing tailored financing solutions for the senior living industry including start-up new construction, acquisition, expansion, repositioning and refinancing projects. He has served senior living clients nationally with extensive experience guiding clients through the capital markets process. Gerber has worked with not-for-profits including Meadowood Senior Living, the Hill at Whitemarsh, Messiah Village, Morningstar Senior Living and Fellowship Senior Living among others, as well as for-profit developers’ start-up senior living communities.
Prior to focusing exclusively on senior living, Gerber had served a wide array of borrowers including large issuers, state and local governments, transportation authorities, water and sewer authorities, publicly owned water utilities, hospitals, human service providers and private schools. Before joining Piper Sandler, he was an associate at Jefferies & Co. and a vice president at Sovereign Securities Corporation.
Gerber attended Drexel University where he graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Gerber hold Series 7, Series 63, and Series 50 licenses.
