Jimmer Dorweiler

Jimmer Dorweiler is a director in the Piper Sandler services & industrials investment banking group. He is responsible for client relations as well as industry and quantitative analysis for financial transactions, including merger and acquisition advisory, public debt and equity offerings, and private placements.

Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Dorweiler was a vice president with Denver-based Green Manning & Bunch, Ltd., where he advised clients in the building products, distribution and manufacturing industries. Dorweiler’s experience also includes in-house corporate M&A opportunities, where he evaluated potential acquisitions and divestitures. He previously worked with Chicago-based BMO Capital Markets, where he focused on buy-side and sell-side merger and acquisition transactions, as well as debt and equity offerings for middle market companies.

Dorweiler earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. Dorweiler is a former varsity swimmer and Academic All-American.
