Joe Quinn

Joe Quinn is a director in the Piper Sandler healthcare investment banking group, based in the Charlotte office. He is involved in a full range of investment banking activities, with a primary focus on M&A advisory.

Quinn has more than nine years of investment banking experience with a focus on healthcare services and has advised on a wide range of transactions for founder-owned, private equity-backed and public companies. Before joining Piper Sandler, Quinn was a director with Cain Brothers, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets. He focused his practice on M&A advisory and capital markets, with an emphasis on post-acute care, multi-site healthcare, physician services and outpatient imaging. Prior to Cain Brothers, he was an investment banker at Wells Fargo and Jefferies.

Quinn earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Johns Hopkins University, where he played football for four years, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kenan Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
