Joey Schwenger is an institutional fixed income salesperson at Piper Sandler. In this role, he primarily focuses on convertible bonds. Schwenger has been with Piper Sandler for over 19 years. During that tenure, he has engaged in new issue distribution, restructurings, corporate buybacks, and sales and trading across different asset classes.
Prior to Piper Sandler, Schwenger was a salesperson in the convertible bond group at Robertson Stephens, a boutique investment bank.
He received his undergraduate degree from San Francisco State University, where he also played collegiate baseball. Schwenger earned his master's degree in finance from the University of San Francisco.
