Jonathan Doyle
Jonathan Doyle is vice chairman, senior managing principal and head of the financial services group at Piper Sandler. He serves on the leadership team and the board of directors.
Doyle leads the overall strategy and vision for the financial services group and he also plays an active role in many of the firm’s key client relationships. He works with financial institutions to develop strategies tailored to each client’s needs and focuses on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising.
Doyle previously served as senior managing principal of Sandler O’Neill + Partners, which was the largest independent full-service investment banking firm focused on the financial services sector at the time it was acquired by Piper Jaffray in January 2020.
Doyle holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from The College of William & Mary and is a trustee emeritus of The College of William & Mary Foundation. He serves on the board of directors of nCino, a pioneer in cloud banking and digital transformation solutions for the global financial services industry. He also serves on the board of The Governor’s Academy in Byfield, MA and is an active supporter of numerous charitable organizations for children.
