Justin Kessler is a director within the financial services group at Piper Sandler, where his responsibilities include executing on a broad range of strategic advisory matters, focusing on M&A and capital raising.
Prior to the merger of Piper Jaffray and Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P., he was a vice president in the investment banking group at Sandler O’Neill. Before joining the firm, he served as an analyst in the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Financial Stability (TARP), primarily focused on the management and divestiture of the Capital Purchase Program investments.
Kessler holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Virginia Tech.
