Kevin Raesly

Kevin Raesly is a director at Piper Sandler focused on providing investment banking and M&A advisory services to consumer companies, with a focus on food, beverage, and nutritional supplements. He is based in the firm’s San Francisco office.

Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Raesly worked at Demeter Group and North Point Advisors, where his responsibilities included M&A as well as providing strategic and financial advisory services to consumer companies. Raesly has more than twelve years of consumer transaction experience, having successfully executed numerous M&A and capital raise engagements.

Raesly graduated cum laude from Cornell University with a bachelor’s degree in applied economics and management, where he was also a member of the men’s varsity lacrosse team.
