Lance Lonergan

Lance Lonergan is the head of global equity execution and serves on the equity operating committee at Piper Sandler. For the last 12 years, Lonergan served in senior leadership roles at Weeden & Co. and served as CEO for the last eight years.

Prior to Weeden, Lonergan was a managing director and head of equity sales and trading for Citigroup for 15 years. He is a member of the National Organization of Investment Professionals (NOIP) and speaks on numerous industry panels.

Lonergan is a graduate of Penn State University and the Smeal College of Business. He is currently a squad leader for Catch A Lift Fund, an organization that serves post 9/11 wounded combat veterans.
