Lauren Edgerton

Lauren Edgerton is a director in the healthcare group at Piper Sandler, having joined the firm in 2021.

Edgerton has more than ten years of experience in investment banking, having successfully executed a multitude of buy-side and sell-side M&A, restructuring, debt, equity, equity-linked and private placement engagements. Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Edgerton worked as a director at Wells Fargo Securities in the healthcare investment banking group.

Edgerton received her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of California, San Diego. She also holds a master’s degree in financial engineering from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
