Leaf Gross

Leaf Gross is a managing director in the Piper Sandler private capital advisory group, Aviditi Advisors.

Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Gross served as a partner & head of capital solutions at Aviditi Advisors. Previously, Gross was a director at KKR in the capital markets group. He was responsible for the sourcing and execution of equity and debt related transactions on behalf of KKR portfolio companies as well as third party clients. Prior to that, Gross was a vice president in Morgan Stanley’s investment banking division in the global consumer and retail group. Gross began his career at Cambridge Associates and later moved to Citigroup in the global markets division.

Gross received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Connecticut.
