Marc Flaster

Marc Flaster is a managing director in the financial services group at Piper Sandler.

Previously, Flaster was a founding principal of Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P. We was a former managing director of Bear Stearns’ financial services group and a former partner of L.F. Rothschild & Co., where he co-managed the bank service group.

Flaster has advised financial institutions in balance sheet management for over 25 years. He specializes in income planning and asset strategies to improve earnings, create flexibility, and enhance shareholder value. He is a financial trade journal contributor, and lectures at colleges and seminars nationwide.

Flaster is a graduate of Syracuse University and New York University Graduate School of Business Administration degree. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
