Mark Ingram
Mark Ingram is a managing director in the financial services group at Piper Sandler.
Ingram is responsible for assisting with asset valuations and cumulative loss estimates in connection with the prospective acquisition of financial institutions, capital raising activities and portfolio restructuring. Within portfolio restructuring, he assists with developing strategies for clients on residential whole loan sales, residential securitizations, commercial real estate/multi-family whole loan sales, consumer secured whole loan sales and non-performing asset sales. He also assists with contract negotiations for securitizations and whole loan sales.
Ingram joined Sandler O’Neill Mortgage Finance in 1993 and served as a senior portfolio analyst from 2001-2020. Ingram’s career spans 36 years, including previous work at Union Planters Bank, National Bank of Commerce and Germantown Trust Savings Bank.
Ingram received a bachelor’s degree in commerce and business administration - finance from the University of Alabama.
