Martha Ginder
Martha Ginder is a managing director in the fixed income financial strategies group at Piper Sandler. In this role, she focuses on brokered funding solutions, general balance sheet strategy and firmwide ESG initiatives. She is also the global leader of the Piper Sandler multicultural network.
Prior to joining the financial strategies group, Ginder served as a fixed income trader at Piper Sandler, trading brokered CDs and agency discount notes. Before joining the firm in 2014, Ginder worked at Wells Fargo Securities in fixed income sales, with a focus on middle market public entity, corporate and corporate trust clients.
Ginder holds a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Saint Catherine University. She serves on the nonprofit board of trustees for the Minnesota Camp Fire Foundation and on the finance and advancement committees for Domestic Abuse Project, where she previously served on the board of directors.
