Matthew Rademacher is a senior vice president in the project finance investment banking group of Piper Sandler with 20 years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining Piper in 2016, Rademacher worked in the project finance group at Raymond James & Associates, Inc. and the municipal securities group at UBS Investment Bank and its predecessor firms.

Rademacher has significant experience in the energy, power generation, infrastructure, pulp and paper, chemical, recycling, agricultural and industrial manufacturing sectors working with corporate-related developers on non-recourse, project financing structures. His expertise includes all facets of deal management and execution including developing capital structures, creating and maintaining complex financial models, conducting due diligence, performing credit analysis, assisting with lender negotiations and managing deal teams. At his predecessor firms, Rademacher performed integral roles advising his clients in structuring, managing and executing transactions in excess of $8.0 billion in the tax-exempt and taxable bond, commercial bank and direct private placement markets.

Rademacher earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance at Villanova University.
