Michelle Koepke

Michelle Koepke is a director in the Piper Sandler healthcare investment banking group with significant experience advising medical technology companies on M&A and equity transactions. Koepke works with clients across a full range of investment banking services, including sell-side and buy-side M&A for private and public companies, corporate divestitures, IPOs, follow-ons, strategic advisory, private debt & equity placement and convertible debt financing.

Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Koepke worked at Carlson as a senior accountant with corporate consolidation and financial reporting responsibilities.

Koepke graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota with bachelor’s degrees in accounting and entrepreneurial management. She earned her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota.
