Mike Bracken
Michael Bracken is a managing director in the financial services group at Piper Sandler.
Bracken advises boards and senior management on a range of strategic matters including capital raising, partnerships and opportunities associated with secular and structural technology driven trends.
Previously, he was a managing director in the capital raising group at Sandler O’Neill + Partners. Prior to Sandler O’Neill, he was a vice president with Resource Financial Institutions Group (RFIG), the financial services-focused private equity arm of Resource America, Inc. At RFIG, Bracken was tasked with sourcing and executing investment opportunities as well as developing and structuring new investment vehicles. Bracken began his career with Sandler O'Neill in their quantitative analysis and asset/liability management group.
Bracken received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Bucknell University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School.
