Mike Ryan

Mike Ryan is a senior vice president in the Piper Sandler special district group. Primarily focused on Texas and Colorado, Ryan specializes in the monetization of municipal utility district (“MUD”) reimbursements, tax increment, special assessments and other special district financing. Ryan has experience working with developers and special district municipal issuers, including the utilization of conduit issuers, at all stages in the development cycle to structure financings that meet their goals for residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.

Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Ryan was a public finance analyst at D.A. Davidson. Ryan graduated from the University of Dayton in Ohio, with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
