Pam Nightingale is a managing director in the financial sponsors group at Piper Sandler and is focused on building relationships with professionals in the private equity community. Prior to joining the financial sponsors group in 2006, she was a senior industry banker involved in a full range of investment banking activities, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and private equity and debt placements.
Before joining Piper Sandler in 1998, Nightingale worked at Goldman Sachs for six years, spending time in the firm’s New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo offices. She also spent two years at HomeServices of America, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Nightingale graduated with honors from Bowdoin College with a bachelor’s degree in economics and a concentration in Japanese.
