Patti Yoon is a managing director on the healthcare team at Piper Sandler focusing on analytics and execution in the full spectrum of investment banking activities in the healthcare sector.
Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Yoon was an executive director at BMO Capital Markets in the healthcare investment banking group, responsible for execution of biotechnology transactions. Earlier in her career, Yoon worked at J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs in the healthcare investment banking groups, and at Merck on the business development team.
Yoon received a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Wellesley College. She also earned a master’s degree in healthcare policy and management from Columbia University and an Master of Business Administration degree from NYU Stern School of Business.
