Paul Kelley

Paul Kelley is a managing director in the fixed income department at Piper Sandler based in Minneapolis. Kelley is a sales professional, whose primary responsibility is to work with the firm’s financial institution clients to develop and implement strategic options. In this role, he focuses on capital management, balance sheet management and liquidity investment. Kelley also focuses on helping insurance companies and wealth management firms identify opportunities for investment in the fixed income space.

Kelley has worked at Piper Sandler since 2004 and has been in institutional fixed income sales since 2010. Prior to that, he worked in various roles on fixed income investments.

Kelley received his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Puget Sound in 2001. He also holds FINRA registrations 7,63 and 66.
