Peter Kistinger

Peter Kistinger is a director and member of the Piper Sandler healthcare investment banking team. Focusing on the information-driven healthcare technology and technology-enabled services sectors, Kistinger advises clients across a full range of investment banking services, including sell-side and buy-side M&A for private and public companies, corporate divestitures, spin-offs, IPOs, follow-ons, private debt and equity placements, and convertible debt financing.

Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Kistinger worked at BDO Capital Advisors, a middle-market investment banking firm. Prior to joining BDO Capital, he worked in the private equity division of FEG Private Investor. He began his career at Vastardis Capital.

Kistinger holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from College of the Holy Cross.
