Pritesh Shah

Pritesh Shah is an executive director and member of the Piper Sandler healthcare investment banking team. He is focused on biopharmaceuticals and is based in the firm’s San Francisco office.

Shah has over 15 years of investment banking experience spanning a full range of investment banking activities, including both public and private equity, debt financings and M&A advisory. Prior to rejoining Piper Sandler in 2022, Shah was a vice president in the life sciences investment banking groups at Truist Securities, BMO Capital Markets and Piper Jaffray, where he focused primarily on biopharmaceutical companies.

Shah holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Case Western Reserve University and an M.D. (MBBS) from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College in India.
