Randy Yang

Randy Yang is a director in the services & industrials investment banking group at Piper Sandler. Yang has over a decade of experience advising private equity-owned, family-owned and publicly-traded companies in M&A, strategic advisory, equity and debt financing transactions. He has advised companies across a broad range of sectors with a primary focus on distribution and supply chain solutions.

Prior to joining Piper Sandler in 2021, Yang spent 10 years with Robert W. Baird’s industrial investment banking group, where he worked on a variety of M&A and capital-raising assignments for industrial companies. Yang began his career in the audit practice at Deloitte & Touche as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.

Yang received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a master’s degree in accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
