Renee Vancho is a senior vice president in the public finance group at Piper Sandler. She joined the firm in 2014 and has 13 years of experience in the financial industry, having previously worked as a financial advisor.
Vancho specializes in land use and community facility district financings. She has extensive experience facilitating all aspects of the bond issuance process and is involved in all stages, including the review of official statements, credit analysis, rating presentations, credit enhancement strategies, the execution of public offerings and closing activities. Vancho works closely with a team of bankers throughout the process of each financing.
Vancho is committed to California municipal finance and has participated on panels at the Bond Buyer’s California Public Finance Conference. She is also a member of the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers, Women in Public Finance and the Association of Women in Water, Energy and Environment.
Vancho holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University at Fullerton.
