Robert Kendrick

Robert Kendrick is a director and member of the services & industrials investment banking group at Piper Sandler. He is involved in a full range of investment banking activities, with a focus on advising private equity firms, entrepreneurs and corporate clients in mergers and acquisitions transactions. Kendrick’s transaction experience spans a variety of industries, including environmental services, compliance services, business and industrial services, logistics/route-based services, building products and specialty manufacturing. 

Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Kendrick worked as a licensed professional engineer at Brown and Caldwell, a large civil and environmental engineering firm, where he managed a variety of stormwater, underground infrastructure, solid waste and environmental compliance/permitting projects for both public- and private-sector clients. 

Kendrick earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Babcock School of Management at Wake Forest University, where he graduated with distinction and the highest GPA in his class, and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of South Carolina.
